In 1994, our relationship started with the Fort McMurray Public School District. During this time, their technology needs were starting to take a dramatic turn toward modernization. With these changes came concerns about security, compatibility, network stability and the on-going need for scalability. Corporate Networks worked with the Public District to evaluate their current and future business needs to devise and implement a network infrastructure that included network backbone, servers, desktop solutions and support. Along with Windows backbone, Microsoft Exchange was deployed for email communications.
Ten years later, this relationship continues to thrive, and the District’s technology infrastructure has grown tremendously in terms of resources and requirements. Today, the Fort McMurray Public School District is considered among the technology leaders in delivering education to the students in our community. The District continues to grow and advance in technology to meet its business needs in delivering quality education. The relationship built between Corporate Networks and the Public District continues to grow and prosper, proving to be a truly mutually beneficial partnership. The two things that have remained consistent in the past ten years is that Corporate Networks is still the District’s partner of choice, and the Fort McMurray Public School District’s commitment to quality education for its students.
